ABOUT US
Federal Building Services is a nationally-recognized leader in the field
of cleaning and maintenance services. We provide safe, quality driven,
value-oriented, environmental cleaning concepts, employing the most highly
trained people and best designed systems in the industry. With our corporate
office in Chicago and regional offices in Orange County, Los Angeles,
Phoenix, Dallas, Minneapolis, and Lancaster and West Chester, Pennsylvania,
we are uniquely positioned to offer you the personal attention of a local
partner with all the resources and expertise of a large and well-established
national firm.
We have over 40 years of experience and currently manage over 70 million
square feet for several Fortune 500 firms as well as small to
medium-sized public and private concerns. Our locations include
commercial office buildings, shopping centers, retail locations, and
high-tech industrial buildings coast to coast. To accommodate a growing
clientele that spans across 28 states and Puerto Rico, we're expanding
our core services to include a broad base of facility services, union
services, and security services.
Each regional office is headed with an Executive Vice President that is
also an owner of Federal Building Services. Therefore, they have a
personal stake in the quality of our performance and in serving our
clients. Many of our executive staff members come from the property
management and mall industries, affording our customers the benefits of
a wide range of expertise. You can feel confident that we will
understand your issues and how to address them.
Our commitment to total customer satisfaction includes a continuing
investment in training, teamwork, systems, technology, and
communications. Of particular note is our reputation as a developer of
highly aggressive, proactive quality-control programs, training methods,
measurement tools, and follow-up procedures. It is an area to which we
continue to be committed as we move ahead in the 21st century, and one
that sets us apart in our field.
